Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We primarily ship with FedEx Express, 2 day service or FedEx Ground, depending upon the weight, size or applicable restrictions of the Item(s) in your order. If you have special shipping requirements, contact us to discuss your options.

  • We will only Ship to Addresses within the United States. We do not ship Internationally, to APO/FPO addresses or to US Territories.
  • Orders Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. You're a little further away and you're important to us so we can provide Flat Rate Shipping with FedEx Express if your packaged Order does not exceed 50LBS and the package dimensions do not exceed 2,200 square inches. Anything higher would involve additional Shipping Costs at your expense.
  • We do not Ship to Post Office Boxes (Sorry) so please provide us with an alternate address or contact us to discuss your shipping constraints.
  • Shipping Addresses to Commercial Mailing Centers such as UPS Store, Mailboxes Etc pose a higher risk and identity authentication may be requested.
  • If your billing address does not match your shipping address, orders may require 1-2 additional days of verification time before shipping. This verification time does not apply to orders shipping to verified FFL's.
  • Depending on the content value of your package we may require a Signature at the time of delivery. This is at our discretion.
  • The customer is responsible for following all laws in their applicable County and State. 

 

RETURNS

Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to making your purchase. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our Return Terms. Prior to returning anything, please call us and kindly have your order number available. Based on the issue, you will receive instructions from the customer service representative.

Please Note;

  • Returns are accepted on items up to 20 days after delivery has been made.
  • Any authorized returned items, if new or unissued must be unused and unaltered, remaining in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • All Returns should be in the original packaging that we shipped your Item(s) in. If our original packaging is not available then you will need to replace it with suitable, comparable packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged during the return shipment. 
  • We cannot refund your money until the item(s) approved for return arrive at our facility and has been inspected by us.
  • In the case of a reported defect, we will refund your money after the item(s) arrive at our facility and the issue(s) have been verified.
  • Credits are generally processed within 5 business days and may vary depending upon your Bank Card issuer.

 

Additional Terms and Information: 

  • Any item(s) returned that do not in fact have the issue that was reported, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • We do not accept returns after 20 days for any item(s). 
  • Package discrepancies or shipping damages must be made within 5 days of the delivery date of your merchandise for Shipping Carrier Claims. 
  • Unless prior arrangements have been made with EXCALIBUR 3D ENTERPRISES LLC to issue you a Return Shipping Label, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Shipping Fees are nonrefundable. 
  • We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
