Shipping Policy
At Excalibur, we ship orders via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the items being ordered. The method of shipment is determined by Excalibur. If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us to discuss your options.

 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will always ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx flat rate. If the package exceeds the size of a USPS flat rate box or FedEx pack, the customer may incur additional shipping charges beyond the standard rate. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days for delivery, though certain items cannot be shipped to these territories.

 

For orders containing items with free shipping, please contact us directly to place your order.
All ammunition must be shipped via FedEx Ground and requires an adult signature at the time of delivery.

 

In some rural areas, FedEx packages may be handed off to the United States Postal Service for final delivery. This could add an additional 1-3 days to the delivery time.

 

If your billing address does not match your shipping address, your order may require an additional 1-2 days for verification before shipping. This verification does not apply to firearm orders shipped to FFL dealers.

 

We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. All orders must comply with applicable restrictions. Customers are responsible for adhering to all laws in their jurisdiction.

 


 

Return Policy
Before returning any items, please contact us for detailed instructions. You will need your order number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Parts kits, ammunition, and select items cannot be returned. Contact us directly before ordering if you have questions.
  • Timeframe: Returns are not accepted after 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Damages or Discrepancies: Report any package discrepancies or damages within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless prior arrangements have been made with Excalibur.

 

We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
